So ive got a 91 TSI body is in good condition 14b has no shaft play recently ive replaced t he head gasket but i think i blew it again or my timing might be off well i have it on the classifieds section for sale ive got over 2000 in the car

this guy wants to trade me a 89 kawasaki ninja 600R its got some work done to it

i want your opinion should i just go the extra mile and finish my tsi or should i trade and get the bike?

You have a nice car I recommend keeping it, those ninjas are cool but, cars are better to ride in than on a motorcycles.

Hahah well I think pretty much everyone here is gonna have a biased opinion about this...

That being said...keep your TSI. :p

Sell it...if the timing belt is out of timing odds are you've got shit messed up in the head. But don't get a '89 600. You could take the car to your local metal return place and get more then that bikes worth.

I dont want to sell the car to the local metal return place... i need someting to drive and the 600 he offered me i didnt pick it out. I think im just going to pull the head have it checked replace the gasket and have a mechanic do my timing and just stick with the tsi thanks for the opinions guys!

Ha i figured id get these kind of responses... How much is my tsi worth? 91 tsi fwd 155k on the clock all stock tires in good shape body in good shape interior needs cleaned how much would you guys pay for that type of tsi?

Well mine isnt AWD and needs some work like a headgasket then have the head resurfaced a new battery and some other misc parts... If he offers me some cash and the bike ill just do it and this way ill have transportation till winter comes and ill get an AWD ive got access to dealer auctions my dads a car dealer so i can get one real cheap at the auction there was a 93 tsi fwd with 96k miles ran excellent and needed a fender for 925 bucks so i can find me a good deal like that

A 89 Kwacker depending how much it's been beat on, You better keep the wrenches close by.

By this time parts for that old a bike are getting harder to find.(makes DSMseem easy)

Why don't you sell the car get a lone and get somthing that you dont have to work on.
