To trade or not to trade?

So, i meet up with a guy today that wants to trade cars. He has a GVR4 with 130k with just an intake and free mods and he wants to trade for my 95 integra gsr with many mods. The car drove pretty good but it didnt feel like my friends dsm. It didnt pull until about 4 and it didnt pull very hard, not to mention its pretty heavy with mussy suspension. Im used to driving a light integra with very stiff suspension. Do you think it would be worth to trade straight? I was thinking about maybe trading if i took the rims off my car.

Can a galant slim enough weight out to be as light as a 1g dsm while still retaining a full interior?
