Going with my brother to the dyno to tune his car in the morning, just wondering what you guys think of the set up and if we are missing anything. Ill post the results tomorrow. We are going to be tuning on 91 octane because Colorado sucks and only one place in my city sells 93.

90tsi stock long block
Evo316g
Custom made adjustable wastegate
SBR Mani
Evo3 o2
2.5" custom exhaust
4" dejon intake
2g maf
FMIC with 4"core, 2.5" SS custom short route piping
550 injectors
AFPR
255 fuel pump with rewire
Greddy Emanage Blue with air/fuel harness, ignition harness
Greddy Profec E-o1 electronic boost controller

Anything we are missing for a good tune and dyno run? thanks for any help

We are going to MacAuto Sports up in parker. Right by you man. Ive been there and watched them dyno a 1.8t audi 280whp and a 97 auto supra that layed down over 700whp using only a safc2 to tune with. We are hoping for over 300 whp, think we can break it up here in mile high?

Do a thorough boost leak test before going to the dyno. I'm a hypocrite for saying this since I didn't my last dyno run, but it is an absolute so that you can make the most power possible. Also, since the dyno has a wideband (and if you do not), it is a good idea to start your first pull slightly rich to be on the safe side. With your A/F readings in your hand, lean out until you start knocking.

Well just got back from the dyno and after having wiring problems that we fixed on the emanage we finally got to tune. On 91 octane and 17psi it layed down 297.82whp and 298.25lbft. Not to bad for a safe tune up in this altitude. He said with pump gas the sweet spot was about 17psi, he didnt want to go higher. Base dyno with some slight fuel adjustments was 220hp and 197lbft. Going to through in some cams and rebuild head also some 650's and go back for retune. 264/272 good cam combo right? How much of a gain would we see with some cams?
