im buyin a 97 gst and i was wondering what exactly i could do to the engine for no money or cheap...i know i can put the 1g BOV on it but i rly dont know what i have to do to do that...and i think the 1g throttle body is bigger...i dunno. if someone could point me in the right direction it would be fantastic...thanks

rewire fuel pump, modify the BCS controller, hack the snorkle off the airbox or buy a cheap open element filter and adapter, hack the bov tube that is inside the intake pipe it is long a causes a restriciton ( im not saying to vent that will only hinder performance with your setup), for a 1g bov mod you will need a 2g to 1g bov adapter, i would also do a really good tune up. Hope that helps

just remember -- ya get what you pay for :p

one could argue all day w/u over that ;)

i sent you a pm.

If you are junking your 1g, you can use the throttle body and intake manifold from it if you port match your head on your 2g motor to give you a little bit of power. If your 1g is a manual, the 1g has a bigger turbo than your 2g.
