This has been covered many times. Please read the FAQ. But I will answer your question, fit it in a weekend? No. Many weeks of custom fabrication and chasing down parts? Yes. Much easier to buy a TSi. MUCH MUCH Easier. I stress easy.

because all they wont is 1500 for the 91 motor with some t34 turbo on it and they got up grade cams and the RS body...with no motor in it because he blow it up....

As enticing as the deal sounds, the short answer to your question is still no. Basically, 2G NTs have the engine on the opposite side of the car as turbo cars, so use your imagination to think about how difficult it would be to make it work.
