gm maf help needed

To tell you the truth I don't think you need a v8 one. I've seen the v6 ones and they look exactly the same except for the size. And I you could always adjusted with the translator anyways. Just make sure that is not damage. I suggest to buy some maft cleaner spray can and clean it before you install it. Do not try to clean it with anything else or you might damage the resistors.

Thanks for the link.that info realy helped out great.from what that list shows my maf I have will work.thanks again

I should be able to use the gm maf and the maft with my stock injectors right? Want the maft and maf to vent and to get rid of the stock maf!now do I need to have the chip right away to be able to run this setup?can just tune with the maft for now right!

Yes. Set the AUX knob to 4 and the Base knob to 2 for stock injectors. You'll understand what this means when you get a MAFT in your hands and open it up.
