I've got my car to the point of where it idles good, my only concern is the fuel settings global fuel is at -3.1% and deadtime is 510 with 640cc injectors and base fuel pressure of 42.6psi, is this normal? link calculates -29.7 but the idle is very lean. when set at that.

Basic fuel mods are
PTE 680 injectors (flow 640cc)
Walbro 190
Fuelab AFPR/ filter

The global should be set according to the calculator, not according to what makes the car run properly.

I bet you're running lean because your MAFComp table is really crazy.

I've attached a ECMlink settings file that contains some changes that should help the car run better. Open link and establish a connection with the ECU. Open the file I attached and click the "Copy all to ECU" button in the lower left corner of one of the screens. Start a log, start the car, and see how it idles. While you're doing that, make sure the AEM reading in ECMlink matches the gauge reading.

What has been changed in the attached file:
-global % and deadtime
-zerod out MAFComp table and changed global scalar to 0
-changed TPS point in ALS/Knock table to 25% (instead of 0% to help eliminate phantom knock)
-checked "Use non-95/96 style cam angle sensor" in Misc screen since you have a 6 bolt
-unchecked "Evap/EGR/MDP" and "Cylinder Misfire" boxes DTCs screen since you have a 6 bolt
-checked "Lock front o2 voltage" in ECU Inputs screen since you have your wideband installed in that input

Are you *sure* those are installed? I know it's a stupid question, but if we can believe the WB is accurate (and I think we can because if it were off that much, I'd expect to see poor idle behavior), then everything in your log file suggests to me that you've got 450s installed.

Airflow is right, combined FT is right, idle is smooth, full voltage, stock MAF, etc., etc. Everything in the log says you're just not flowing 640 cc/min of fuel.

Thanks, I'll give this a try. The wideband gauge does match what is reading in link.

The only numbers I see on the injectors are 08799, which seems to match PTE 680s for hondas. I guess I need new injectors.

I loaded in the new file, car fired right up I did have to un-check "lock front O2 voltage"

Idle is nice now but my AirflowPerRev is really high but the fuel looks good. Any help for the AirflowPerRev?

You're going to want to start off by dropping the 0-50 Hz MAFComp sliders (and possibly into the 100 and 150 Hz points as well to make sure you have a smooth transition). Adjust these until you get the AirflowPerRev around .25 and then that will work.

Then you'll notice your CombinedFT will be out. So you will have to raise your deadtime (leave global alone) until the CombinedFT reads around 0%, or as close as you can get it.
