Give gas, nothing, then bucks, then drives fine

So i was on way to class today and i filled up at sheets, i'm driving and about to make a left into the school and i stop at the stop sign..

Problem - I stopped that the stop sign and i went to move and i got 1600 rpms and nothing, the car won't accelerate anymore then catches itself after literally like 2 seconds then bucks, and if i don't hurry up and move it'll stop again and buck..

It happens in every gear, when I'm cruising if i step on the pedal VERY lightly and try to just give little gas, it acts like it doesn't know i'm pushing the pedal then goes fine..

WOT is fine, there isn't any hesitation in the pedal.. But it feels like less than half throttle and it hesitates..

Decel is fine, revving at idle is fine, and WOT is fine.. Its literally just a dead pedal for a second then catches itself.. driving around in 1st is the worst though because it'll keep doing the bucking thing.

What could this be?

It was my spark plugs. they were fouled out..
