Getting car to pass smog

my car wont pass smog does anyone know any tricks that could help? people have told me to retard the timing and to disconnect a vacuum line what do you think? thanks

From what i've heard if you run the car down to about a 1/4 tank, then add a bottle of denautured alcohol (home depot) it will help you pass. Just be sure to fill it up after because the alcohol is bad for hoses.

well according to your modlist your power mods is stock so you should have problem passing at all. I passed Cali smog with all the mods in my profile
