aliczander said:The only thing that i know to do is to upgrade your ecu, doing that will give you differnt fule maps and rase your rev limiters
miamieclipse said:not for the 95, howell automotive created has a af/x ecu you can purchase but it is for the 97's, i have read of 1 succesfull 96 put the ecu on his car.
You will need supporting mods for this, [::Sigh:: danny, danny, danny ::Sigh::]No offense but i know you don't have them yet. You will be eliminating a revlimiter which will allow you to freely rev to 8300....I know you dont have lifters or rockers and i know you will want to "test" it out and #### up your head hehe.
Oh, we aren't honda's

I don't say anything, but I do just ignore posts with multiple spelling/grammatical errors. People need to take their time. I'd say I'm a dumbass, but I don't make a ton of spelling mistakes, etc. It's just advice. Atleast use plain English. I moderate another forum. Sometimes you don't catch everything. Sometimes you just don't have time to fix everything. It's nice to have communication between people when they can take constructive criticism without getting bent out of shape.
Back to the topic, Batman...
I don't think any chips for the 2GNT will really do anything. The S-AFC would be the best bet for an electronic upgrade. I've heard that with proper tuning, you can pull a few HP out from leaning the fuel out a bit.

But in the street racing game SRS the venom 400 control module adds 60 horse to my gs-t*insert whiney voice*GSGoinFast said:and dont believe anything venom says.

J/K
Everyone has had probs with that thing just like GS said. The only one I've heard of working decent was the af/x reprogrammed 97 ecu
Edit:
I was looking for dyno results for the venom 400 and ran across this
http://www.spswebpage.com/tech/index.php?articleID=free_performance
pretty interesting if I say so myself
and if you want around 8 horse, I suggest using royal purple synthetic oil,
http://www.genxmuscle.com/royalpurple/dyno.html
even on a ford escort they got 8 horse by using a good oil.
I've seen dyno's for nology wires giving 5-10 horse on mustangs so you could try that, I know you post was on ecu's and getting power from them, but on our cars you take power where you can find it.
I like it, it is alot like undergorund but you get to use the dyno and actually pick parts instead of groups of parts. What sucks is when you start those are all the parts you get, even towards the end of the game thats it, 6 kinds of turbos, 1 intercooler, 6 bottles of nitrous, the venom pcm, pullies, cam gears, 1 aem cai, a header, 1 intake mani.GSGoinFast said:how is SRS i was thinking about getting it?

It really could have used way more parts, I'm talking like street legal type parts
oh well

No it has lightend flywheels perfomance clutches tires weight reduction wings body kits tires, rims, suspensions, but thats about it. I just got tired of typingGSGoinFast said:those are all the parts? hmmm that is kinda weak... i dunno. does the computer randomly throw non racing cars directly in your path so you hit them and the computer wins all the time? you know like underground does

seriously the ai is better than underground yet lacking I can't explain it yet. But on a good note, there is no magical NoS fairy that hooks up the opponents when you have half a mile on them then they get some ungodly skils and smoke your ass by .000001 of a second. Nope not in this game.
I'm looking forward to Forza for the xbox, you have tons more parts and you can do motor swapsover 100 cars to boot.
I can get 45 seconds on some tracks. If you like nfsu in anyway, you'll like srs, thank god for no hondas, although it seems kinda onesided. I say rent it first then buy if you likeGSGoinFast said:thank god the ai is better. actually, the drag ones i think it fine, they use the drafting where they get behind your car which cuts the air for them, you can use it if your behind them too, i just hate how a substantial lead can not be obtained. i like GT3 where you can lap people. but everyone is always within 6 seconds of you. so your recommending srs? i think i might go get it.
