I have a 91 eclipse gsx. Has forged internals and its bored 20.over. A few weeks ago i was having boost spikes up to 21 when its suppose to be holding 18. It would get really doggy when it hit 21 and my engine light would blink which is from engine knock. And then one day i was driving it my oil filter blew a seal and oil sprayed out in a matter of seconds and i didnt notice it so i drove it about a mile before i noticed i had to oil press. It ruined the turbo ik that for sure. I just put in a new turbo and when i was changing the oil i noticed it had a greenish tint to it and it smelt like gas. Idk if the car jumping timing could cause this or if my rings are fried or a cracked head or anything. I have no idea what to do about this. So help me out please need it bad.

Check your FPR vac line, if it is wet or smells of gass the diaphram has a hole

I want to address your oil filter coming loose before anything. If it came loose and you drove the car than you have far more to worry about than what color the remaining oil is. I would pull the oil pan and look at the bearings and also look at the gears in the pump and pump housing. I've had about 5 of these brought to me after the owner had the filter back off and 5 times out of 5 the bearings, crank and oil pump were damaged.

So if that is all damaged which it probably is what
would it cost to fix all of that?

Depends on what is wrong with it inspect the bearings and oil pump is around 250 If you feel the need to replace it, bearings depends on which ones you go with, if you have a shop depends on the rate, unless you feel you can do it yourself most if isn't too bad once you start working on it, and research.

That means taking the engine apart, and overhauling it. You first need to look at the bearings before assuming anything though.

Id also like to add that after the oil ran out of it i put the filter on and put oil in it and started it. There was a ticking. Which im assuming that its lifter tick maybe a valve stuck open?? Would that have anything to do with it? And the car runs fine at an idle besides that ticking. Oil press did read pretty high though when i started it after i put the new turbo in.
