Galant 2.4L into Eclipse

Okay so i have a 1997 Eclipse Rs with a 2.0L Dohc BUT the engine is blown and i've been looking into getting a new engine and i found one in a 1998 Galant would that fit my car pretty easliy???

the 2.4l engine in a galant will not fit a 2g N/T dsm. the 2.4 engine is a 4g64 which will not fit without costume fab.
