95 gst bought a used fly wheel making a retarded mistake not knowing the difference between the two.

Instead of being out my money will a awd starter work? I also just might have my starter rebuilt with a long or larger shaft. I

IT won't work, the starter won't engage it because the flywheel is smaller in diameter, it is not possible to make it work.
