Well wheel hop and tire spin are really making me decide that suspension is a must for my next mod. I'm pretty sure I'll go with the KYB adjustable shocks but because of my body kit, I don't know what springs I should get. The car is my daily driver, so I'm NOT going the adjustable coil over way. The only springs I found were Gold Line and they are suppose to be a 2" drop, which would kill my car kit. So, any other 1G FWD'ers out their have any suggestions or can help me out with previous experiences? Drag racing is my main priority(besides the daily driven factor). I don't think putting the stock spring back in would be the best move and I also don't want to get r@Ped in price to buy new stock spring from a dealership. Anyone have springs that lowered their car less than an inch?

well i am getting the tokico illumina shocks and eibach prokit springs and with that setup should drop about .5- 1.2 inches... which is perfect for me... dont want to drop too much.. waiting for them to come and install them will let u know how they are when installed..

I have the KYB AGX and Eibach Pro Kit setup. Love em. Just barely lowered the car about a half inch but it is a lot stiffer. I would def. reccommend this setup for a dd.

AGX's are the cheapest adjustable shocks you can find for our cars.

Why don't you want to go to adjustable coilovers? If you want a smooth soft ride then get some kYB GR2's and keep the stock springs. If you want adjustables go with the agx, and if you want a softer ride get some ground control coilovers, adjust them a little high and get some light springs for them.

Even with my agx's/sportline/window weld combo I don't get much wheelhop. Mainly just spin unless I get on some really rough pavement.

I had some adjustable Coilovers in my Celica and hated them. I never adjusted them either.

Weird thing about the wheel hop is I didn't have it until after the prothanes(along with other stuff that may have affected it)
$600 in suspension or $600 for an evo 3 16G.....humm or a couple hundred extra and I could get an LSD.
