I'm planning on getting a suspension setup consisting of Koni shocks with ground control coilovers, what spring rates do you guy's recommend getting for the front/back, btw my car is a daily driver/ weekend 1/8 mile drag racing

Konis are only good for 1yr if ya lucky, & that's with mild springs.
When hard springs rebound, they realy pull the struts up hard.
Rears are allways good a bit firm tho.
I don't know what brands to recomend up there.
Some may disagre, but I prefer hard front struts w reset/lowered
std springs. The struts stay good & bad bumps are not too bad.
My DD has KYB rally dirtra w lowered VR4 springs - Billstein rears :thumb:
Cheers !

For what it's worth I run Koni yellows, 500f Hypercoils, and 415 rear hypercoils, along with a suspension techniques rear bar on full soft and a stock front bar.
