fwd gst ebay catback advice

so i am doing a budget build. i already have a ss o2 housing that is recirculated $40 and a cx racing 3" downpipe $85. all i need is the catback. there are tons of catback systems on ebay from $110-$140 and that is what i am looking to spend. does anyone have any of these or had an issue with them? any advice would be great and hopefully i dont have to take a shot in the dark with this.

They usually are pretty good, rust may be an issue after a while. A friend of mine has owned 2 different ones. They seem to fit decently, with a little rubbing sometimes on the suspension in the rear.

I run the SR*S 3inch S.S. Cat-Back Exhaust & it still looks good & sounds good & I live in Alaska & it's been on my GS-T for about 2 years now.

I got a 3in catback for my gst for 120 all together on
ebay. It sounds great and fits well I already had it for a year

I have the awd Tsudo exhaust sold by japanimportshop (they sell one for the fwd as well). I had no issues installing it and it sounds pretty nice. The muffler did show a little rust after winter (it's my daily driver), but it was nothing I couldn't buff out and re-polish.

I can't vouch for the one you linked to and it is cheaper, but here's the fwd version of what I bought (which I'm very happy with). Everyone on here that's bought from japanimportshop seems to agree that it's a pretty good exhaust for the money.

I have the same Tsudo cat back that Zdrummer15 linked to you. It's been on
for a couple of years now, and it still sounds and looks great. Last week I had
the car on a rack for an oil change, and while it was up I looked over the
exhaust, and still no sign of rust.

Also, the resonator isn't choked down on the Tsudo that I have. I have heard
of other 3in systems that actually have a smaller diameter pipe through the
resonator(s).
