Well i had to change the liscense plate lights so i decided to take the bumper off. Almost every bolt broke no matter how much pb blaster i used. Then i found the old bracket for the lights, wow was it rusted to hell. This is basically the most work ive ever done on the talon, and had some fun on a rainy day. Check the pics.

What should i do to the rusty bumper frame, should i try to sand and primer it?

Thanks

Get off as much of the rust as you can then hit it with a rust inhibiting primer. how do you plan to reatach the bumper now?
