In my garage i have a SBR td06 20G (w/ 90* elbow bend), 750 injectors, and DSMLink waiting to be put on my car. I just wanted to double check that I will have everything needed to do the install as I've never seen an install before.
MY List:

-Injectors O-rings
-Get Eprom ecu socketed
-Oil lines, supply and return
-Turbo to manifold gasket
-Turbo to O2 housing gasket

Is there anything that I am missing? Any quick tips? Oil drain gaskets?

I guess a "turbo mani bolt" to replace the "turbo to exhaust manifold stud"?

Also a FPR i guess to go with the injectors and DSMlink, already have a Walbro 255 High Pressure pump.

of coarse your going to need new gaskets if they are still the original or whatever..i would go buy all gaskets as a just-in-case factorreplaced both t-body gaskets inner and outer.I'd go with a 4 mls exhaust manny gasket,7cm ssturbo gasket, ss o2 housing gasket..also while your in there port out your exhaust manny and 02 housing and how gisrman said bout replacing that 1 stud from the turbo to manny I personally replace all 4 with washers and all...I like to go that extra mile to make sure I can do all the preventative maintanance I can...Also you still running heat sheilds?? If your no longer running the exhaust manny heat sheild I would recommend JM Fabrications heat sheild and at 45 bucks its a great deal and looks clean

I'm running no heat shield, so maybe I'll pick that one up. some WD40 too. So there are 4 studs that you replace with bolts and washers?

Assuming you are still running the T-25, the turbo is held to the manifold with 1 stud and 3 bolts. It is common practice to replace the single stud with another bolt. I would reccomend replace all 4 of the turbo to manifold bolts, because they fatigue over time and tend to seize up.

Do not use WD40. Get yourself a couple of cans of PB Blaster. It works much better.

I second that.

Try soaking the bolts you're going to remove the night before, or some decent amount of time before you actually take them off. They'll come off with little effort.

Third that. PB Blaster is awesome. I left a little puddle of it in a little tupperware thing overnight by accident, & when I woke up it ate through the bottom.

ANTI SEIZE!!!!!

you want to be able to get those studs off the next time you have to pull the turbo!

cant really think of anything else that hasnt been said

PB Blaster it is ;) ... anyone know of any videos of turbo installations. I cant seem to find one and i think it would be useful so I can picture the main procedure in my head....

I second that. Use the red lock-tighte stuff that you can pick up at Auto-Zone or any other auto parts store. It'll keep you from having to retighten all the bolts after you drive the car awhile, AND as T9S1i said, it'll be great for removing the bolts later on if need be.

Red locktite wont do crap for anything that is a past of the exhaust system, it just gets too hot.

Also you will need gaskets for the oil return line, valve cover if you are doing the HG. Maybe some new water lines, and something you can beat the crap outta of and not care about when you break bolts. OMG
