What is my best bet with exhaust. All the way from headers back.

I want 2.5 inch piping all the way. Thinking of letting the muffler place here do the piping because i dont really care if its mandrel bent or not---I aint turbo.

Really want the best flowing headers and the best sounding canister you can get. I want a kind of low pitched humming and not that loud ass Honda/Ricer sound i hear alot of 2g's nt riding around here with.

You want to check out Exile Racing Technologies on the net and buy some 2.5" mandrel bent sections. You can't have the best flowing anything with crush bent pipes imo. I'd suggest getting a glasspack to install inline to tone out the raspiness that comes from some of the cheaper exhausts and then take your pic. You can spend some serious change buying a big name brand piece of Titanium or Carbon Fiber, or you can get a decent MagnaFlow or similar. I've been running a universal MagnaFlow offset for over 4 years now and it still sounds good. Very low tone, minor rasp about 3000rpm when first run after sitting a while.

Have just a little patience and don't bump threads.

I have 3" generic exhaust from the cat. It is mandrel bent. I lost some low end, but once she hits 3000 RPM it pulls pretty hard for a fat non-turbo bi***. I gained top end though.

I also had a resonator put on because without it she sounded like a weed wacker on crank.

I always hear about 2.25 inch (2 1/4) on N/T cars. I have a friend with a 96 N/T and a friend with a 94 N/T, they both run 2 1/4 custom cat-backs.
