Full Exhaust System Question

I have a gt manifold and i just bought an evo3 o2 housing do i need an adapter to fit a 3in downpipe onto the o2 housing since im pretty sure the evo3 o2 housing is only 2.5 in wide. i have looked all around for this answer but i cant find it so sorry if it has been answered already.

The manifold attaches to one side of the turbo and the o2 housing attaches to the other side of the turbo. Check the link below to answer your question better about the downpipe. The evo o2 housing has a slightly different angle on it then the NORM o2 housings.
