Im not the brightest guy on my whole fuel system. Right now my mods are:

Intake
UICP
1g BOV
Boost Gauge
MBC

Not the most upgraded car out there but i just started. My question was this. I want to upgrade my fuel system and get a new fuel pump and injectors if I have to. I wanted to plan on getting a big EVO 16g Turbo. I do not know which fuel pump to get. I do not know if the 190 will be too small or if the 255 is too big. I know i was only going to get 550cc Injectors. But If i got my fuel pump and was still using my T25, which fuel pump would be best to get. I heard that the walbro 255 could run too much fuel and make me run very rich. I was also told that if i got a 255lph that I could get a new FPR and that would solve everything. What are your guys takes on my situation? Thanks

I wouldnt nessacerily upgrade your fuel system until you get the new turbo. You would also have to get some sort of tuning device to control those 550's. Trust me - stick with stock injectors for as long as you can get away with it. The 190 fuel pump will be enough for your 16G, but if you ever think you will want to upgrade to something bigger in the future, then get the 255 and adjustable regulator. My 255 did overrun my stock regulator too. But I just got a AFPR and it made everything peachy. :thumb:

Yea the 16g will be the biggest turbo upgrade i go. I aint looking to get my car into the 11's or 12's even. 13's are satisfying enough for me as I dont have an endless supply of money. Would I need to get a FPR if I got a 190lph?

The walbro 190 is good for anything under 450 whp. Matter of fact the 190 is the fuel pump 90 % of all DSMers "should" buy.......I guess it just sounds cool to say " yeah I have the Walbro 255"

No, the 190 will not overrun the stock FPR......but on a side note, rewire your fuel pump BEFORE you upgrade to the B16g, then it will already be done and ready to go.

Bigger injectors will also be a MUST for anything over 14 psi on a b16g.

exactly. Go with the 190 and at least 550's. Also you will need something to control the injectors like an safc. And rewiring the pump is a good idea. Good luck
