Im trying to build a full fuel set up and i dont want to order the wrong thingS. Im building the set up for 525hsp on E85 through a 7 blade Holset HX35 .55ar ... I was looking at these items:

Stock fuel housing / hanger with walbro 255 fuel pump
Walbro in line fuel pump
FIC 1150cc inj
STM fuel tank to rail kit -6an
STM fuel return kit
FIC fuel rail

Is this all correct or should anything be added / taken away? I will need to weld a bulk head fitting on to the fuel housing correct? Anything i should add or take away??? Tuning with evo scan and evo 8 pcm so i can compensate/pull for extra fuel.

If you end up needing more fuel than the in-tank 255hp pump can support, go with either a Bosch 044 pump (better), OR the 255hp external (a step down from the Bosch) -- both are said to put out quite a bit more than the in-tank 255HP does. If you want to replace line, I would start out replacing the filter-to-rail line which has a restrictive banjo fitting at the filter and maybe the filter.

So your saying run the stock pump ion the housing and just add a inline pump?

ok thank you.

But how do i return the fuel to the tank(with the return line)? Did you guys weld bulk head fittings in the fuel housing???

I'd probably just go with the Bosch 044 in-tank pump (second choice would be a 255HP external pump and no in-tank pump).

I don't really think two pumps inline with each other makes much sense, and the flow graph's I've seen seem to say the same thing.
