I never done any fuel mods and I recently bought some fuel parts. I don't not have any tuning device.I have a aftermarket fuel regulator and my question is can I install it and set it to stock fuel pressure and expect the car to run like stock? I am also installing a fuel lab filter and 255 walbro fuel pump at the same time any advice would be appreciated.

Why change it out if there is no reason to doing so except that you can put it on your mod profile? If you really want to install the afpr and set it to stock, your car should run like it should before. The pump I would wait on until you need to. I would complete a pump rewire at that time and grab a new gasket for the sending unit.

If you really want to, a pump rewire would help your stock pump and have one less item to complete for the Walbro install.

My profile is not up to date I own a completly different car. My car was destroyed by another driver. And thanks for the reply I have a rewire kit that I made but I looked for instructions on how to install it but they are not very clear. I will order that gasket.

This was useful when I did my rewire. And to answer your question, yes you can set an aftermarket AFPR to stock pressure, make sure your AFPR has a gauge on the unit itself, I believe the stock fuel pressure is 43 psi. I went this route to satisfy the supporting mods requirement for a larger turbo. This took away temptation to just throw the new turbo on without them.
