Hello, I have a few questions and hoping someone can tell me what they are.
The first think is up by my fuel regulator to the left there is a knob. I haven't messed with it because I am not sure what it does.

This second question has me stumped. When I bought the car a few weeks ago I the boost gauge did not read any boost. It still lights up but needle doesn't do anything. I took it off the pillar and I saw he had tubing going from the gauge to a split " T " in the engine bay. The tubing from the gauge wasn't cut but there was fuel floating in the line. I took the tube off and wrapped it in tape because it was leaking fuel into the engine. So if there is fuel in the clear line leading up to the boost gauge how does it read boost?

I have a picture attached and circled the two areas I was talking about.
Thanks guys!

That "knob" isn't a knob. Don't worry about it as it doesn't do anything.

If you have fuel in your line going from the fuel pressure regulator and T'ing into the boost gauge then your FPR diaphram is torn and will require fixing/replacing.

Thats the stock fuel pressure solenoid, it enriches fuel during hot-starts. It's not needed and can be removed if you like. The knob on that solenoid doesn't do anything, it's just a cap.

If you have fuel leaking into the vacuum line, that's definitely a sign that the diaphragm in the regulator has torn. That should be a vacuum/boost line only. So the regulator needs to be rebuilt or replaced. It looks like a Fuelab regulator which is a nice brand, so I would just replace the diaphragm.

^^ Thank you guys for the quick response. On the stock fuel pressure solenoid how can I remove it? Just unplug it all? or would it even matter?

Yup. Just unplug everything and hook a vacuum line straight to the regulator. Some people claim that removing the valve brought up a check engine light, but I've never had any problems with it.

Like WES said, just go intake manifold -> "T" -> FPR bypassing the solenoid completely.

Thank you guys, I just called Fuel Lab and they are sending me out the diaphragm for FREE!. Should be here in a few days. Once I get the new diaphragm installed I will re-route and bypass the solenoid.
