If I remove my starter solenoid wire, my fuel pump prime when I turn for a sec if the key to ignition but if I put my starter solenoid wire back my fuel pump won't prime in ignition only when cranking and my 2g eclipse stock ECU.

Mine didn't turn on until Cam is signaled (98 GSX) when it had the stock computer.
I put in ecmlink and changed it to turn on the fuel pump when the key is set to "on."
I now have Link G4x and the fuel pump doesn't turn on until Cam is signaled.
I'm leaving it this way (pump on with cam signal) because of the crazy backfires I got with turning the pump on with key on.

People have already tried to help this guy in this old thread here that he replied to a few days prior. He won't listen to anyone. Keeps insisting the pump needs to prime when the key is turned. Some people just can't be helped.

Like everyone posted above the stock ecu only turns the fuel pump on while cranking.

Are you having a particular starting issue?

it should be on for a second so that my fuel rail will have pressure. if my fuel rail don't have pressure it will cause hard start
Incorrect. System will hold pressure on its own. Not indefinitely but typically long enough. If it doesn't there is something else wrong. What are the symptoms? I think we've already established you do not have a prime problem. It's doing what it should so state the problem please.

Yes, fuel rail should hold pressure for days, otherwise there is a problem. On the 2g turbo (but not 420A) fuel pump only runs when there are CAS pulses (ie. engine is turning). This is for safety should the car be involved in an accident (and engine stops) so fuel doesn't keep pumping to the engine and possibly start a fire.

Like said stock the pump only runs when the engine is cranking. With link you can set a prime time the pump does when key is turned on. Stock though no. The car will still start just as quickly. We use the prime when key is on with cars we have that do NOT have check valves in the pumps so the car does instantly loose pressure when pump is off. Example a car on a fuel cell with external magnafuel 750 4303 pump.
