fuel pump install...now car wont start? ebay FPR q as well

I HEAR the fuel pump, and for the SPLIT second i go to start the car it SOUNDS like its about to start BUT then it just goes like its cranking but wont turn over?

I can hear the fuel pump, its a brand new walboro 255lph. Im yet to install the FPR i bought cause unfortuently i lost the instructions (one of those ebay ones) to the damned thing.

anyone got the install instructions for one of these?

First thing first make sure the fuel pump is pumping.. On the end of fuel rail pull the fat hose off and have someone turn the car off. If gas flows out the fpr then its pumping fine. I would start with the simple stuf

Ok, i got the fuel FPR to work and tried it at numerous settings as i found when i searched this forum for PSI levels, but the same result happens. it cranks but wont actually start. the fuel pump is working, gas flows, the gauge moves, but the car wont ?

messed around with the settings some more, if anyones got ANY info, please help me out here. thank you
