Resolved Fuel Pump Access Panel Part Number?

Looking for the P/N for the plate that covers the fuel pump on a 2G - it's held down by 4 philips head screws.

Actually, I'm looking for that part number, as well as the P/N for the access panel on the other side of the car as well. I'm not using the stock FP wiring and want just the "blank" cover plate to use in place of the plate with the hole for the FP wiring.
