I am having fuel bubbling and leaking between the head and exhaust manifold. ,the car is a 1g with 2g blackbox, 1600cc injectors 300lph fuel pump and afpr. I cant get the car leaner than 13:1. I fixed a faulty injector seal earlier today as well. What would cause fuel to leak there? Im also getting smoke out of the exhaust kind of looks grayish but hard to tell.

Can you confirm it's fuel? It would be pretty difficult for raw fuel to somehow be seen leaking between the exhaust manifold and head.

If you are blowing fuel out in that area you have 2 problems. A blown exhaust manifold gasket, and dumping way to much fuel.

What injectors do you have? If they are the blue or tan low z 1600's good luck getting them to operate correctly at idle and cruise.

Try getting some of the liquid on a q-tip so you can better identify it. If the car isn't warmed up it may just be water.

I would double check if it's fuel.. A lot of times the valve cover will leak and it will run down to the exhaust manifold to make it appear it's coming from it. If you have that much fuel that can pool up outside the exhaust manifold, there's some issues there... Almost think the car wouldn't run with that much raw fuel but I could be wrong
