I have a 1996 ESI and i was wanting to know what size fuel injectors (biggest) would work with my stock fuel pump? :talon:

why do you want new injectors? the 190cc stock ones are plenty for your mods. but if you do want new ones, just buy a walbro 255 pump

you could put 1000cc's in there if you want and they'll fit, but that's not the problem. Problem is how will you control the extra fuel, and how will you supply the fuel to injectors. Spend your money elsewhere, you have no gains from bigger injectors right now.

depends 1g or 2g? 2g has 450cc injectors & 1g has 510cc injectors....i've heard that yes they will work but do not hold me to that

1g and 2g turbo both have 450cc injectors. JDM 4g63 came with yellow top 510cc injectors. To the best of my knowledge, usdm dsm never came with a 510 injector. The closest to that is the evo VIII which is closer to a 550cc.

I agree, 1G 450's are blue tops, and JDM came with the yellow 510's, but didn't A/T come with smaller injectors in the 1G's because the manual injectors are an upgrade for the A/T 1G's I think they were somewhere like 390's of 410's something like that? Does some one remember?

Well my friend totalled his car today on the way to the track and I need to know how to take the injectors out. They are bigger then what I have now and I was wanting them for my car. :talon:

Unbolt the fuel rail, take of the all the fuel and vaccum lines, take injectors out, it's easy. What are you gonna do with the engine? If you're parting it out take off intaka manifold first, it's be a lot easier to get to injectors then.

Well I dont know what he is doin with the engine? There is no damage to the engine because we hit the guy on the left front fender so the engine is good. I dont know if he is going to part it out or not. I will let you guys know more about it as soon as the insurance company looks at it. Its wrecked but It will still probably beat a Honda LOL. :talon: ESI 2 TSI
