Long story short I was pulling my fuel injectors out of my 1998 GSX for cleaning and servicing in general but they were far gone enough that I decided to buy new ones. When looking online I found what I believe to be a killer deal on some 950cc injectors. I am not too sure of the plan for this eclipse yet but I am hoping to make it very torquey and fun for the streets (possibly e85). The car has some stuff already done such as a higher flow rate fuel pump ( I am not sure what ) and a larger 16g turbo, ECMLink, and some other things.

I am looking to know if I made a bad decision by purchasing these injectors which I found on Throtl and after a protection plan, taxes, etc were only $370, I believe these should just be a direct fit-in with no issues but was wondering if anyone thought differently, thank you in advance for any help or correction in my possible mistake.

950cc FIC Mitsubishi DSM or EVO 8/9 Fuel Injector Clinic Injector Set (Low-Z) - IS126-0950

EDIT - I also have a Aftermarket fuel pressure regulator that is not installed, is this necessary to install along with the injectors or should I be good running the stock one until I get around to it?

I was looking at FB and some other sites, I'm in Chicago and most people are asking outrageous prices for used ones with 750cc evo x injectors going for around 200 - 250 used so I figure might as well get this, protection plan, etc and hopefully be good to go for the rest of time. Was your 1600cc a direct plug-and-play or did you have to use some kind of adapter to fit ?

mine were plug and play. glossing through the classifieds here would have yielded better results IMO.

Protection plan?
FIC is a stand-up company. Buy them from an approved reseller and forget about reseller-offered plans that they'll find any way to reneg on anyway.
Thanks, I ended up ordering them last night and they offered a cheap ($20) 1 year warranty so I figured I'd buy that aswell, never know what could happen haha.

20 isn't much but read the fine print. It could say some really rediculous things and FIC would replace your busted injectors faster than an insurance claim would be approved.. but happy injectorin' anyway :)
