Would this setup be doomed for destruction? I am putting my car back together and my current setup is a td06 20g turbo on a built block(scat rods weisco pistons) 550 injectors, hks 272s and safc. I am serioulsy considering going dsmlink for timing tuning abilities and greater control. My main question is are the 550 injecters too small for my setup. I feel like my turbo may be maxing them out. What do you think?

Have you a new fuel pump?? A 255lph should suffice and do you plenty of good. It also depends on how much boost you plan on running as well. For that set up with a 255 you should be well in the 20PSi - 23 PSi range with good reliability. Stock cc size on injectors is 450 for a MT and the stock fuel system can handle around 18lbs before fuel cut, and boost issues. You should be above that with your modifications.

EDIT: You would want to get a FPR when running the 255 pump. Good luck man.

The car does have a 255 fuel pump with no regulator. I didn't know that was a necessity, I have a 255 in my eclipse and a 255 in my sti with no fuel pressure regulators haven't had any problems with fuel. My main dilema is that the external wastegate that I am running has a 25lb spring in it. I am thinking of just getting a 10 or 11 lb spring just to be on the safe side.
