will these parts work?

I'm going to attempt to swap my tranny this summer to a 5 speed. These are from a 96 Talon TSi AWD and the numbers are the price a guy around here is listing them at. These should all match up into my GS right? And do the prices seem fair?

Brake Pedal Assembly 40
Clutch Master Cylinder 40
Slave Cylinder 25

You do know that an AWD transmission will not bolt into a gs? The engine is on a different side! You would have to get an entire front clip with engine and transmission to attempt this swap.

I understand that. I have a transmission from a gs. I couldnt find any donor cars around here so I'm piecing the parts together. I still need the clutch and brake pedals though and the master and slave cylinder and the fluid reservoir. I mean the pedals should be the same right?

Go to a part store with a list of what you need. And have them look up the items for both types of cars and see if the part #s match

It will take many parts from the AWD, the major parts would be the engine, mounts, wiring harness, and ECU. They're basically totally different cars under the hood. Yours is a Chrysler with the front of the engine on the passenger side, and turbo cars are Mitsubishi and have the front of the engine on the driver's side. If you look under the hood of the two cars, you'll see that it's kind of an unrealistic swap because of the massive changes needed (they're backwards from each other). The car itself will need work done as well because of the motor mounts being backwards, they won't just bolt in.

Your car is more like a Dodge Neon under the hood than a turbo DSM.

I am NOT swapping the transmission from and AWD 4G63 into my 420A. I am swapping the transmission, clutch, flywheel, etc. from 420As however I do not have a 2gnt donor car. Therefore I need to piece this project together. If you look at those parts they are not transmission parts they are a clutch pedal assembly, brake pedal assembly, clutch master and slave cylinder. I am wondering if those are the same. I understand 4G63 drivetrain parts will not hook up with my 420A motor. I would never try that.
