I'm frustrated with tuning here. Here's my setup:
ETE32 50-trim turbo@15 psi
RC550's
Fuel pump
Aeromotive FPR
3" apexi turbo-back, no cat
Apexi FMIC w/ piping
Centerforce DFC
Stock 7bolt
new BPR7ES gapped at .030 in, with new magnecor wires.

My low throttle settings are about
1k -3%
2k -7%
3k -14%
4k -17%
5k -18%
6k -18%
7k -18%

High throttle is about -21% across the board. When I do a high throttle 3rd gear pull, my timing is all over the place, but seems to accelerate nicely.

This is with my 550 injectors installed and a brand new bosch o2 sensor. What I don't understand is my LTFT's are always around +12%, and STFT's are always varying from 0% to +17%. It’s like I may as well just almost zero out my safc. But when I do, it runs much much worse. I know I should be leaning it out at least -15% on the safc, but my computer doesn’t seem to think so. It just adds a lot of the fuel back in making it run richer. This is even after I reset the ECU. The only thing I can think of is a faulty O2 sensor. Is it worth going and getting the OEM sensor? Any comments/suggestions?

Or does anyone have a similar setup that could give me their good safc settings?

What are some good places around PA/NJ/DE area that would tune with a SAFC? And would they typically put you on a dyno, or road tune it? Is it worth the cost?

Thanks

Do whatever the ECU tells you to with the fuel trims, in terms of tuning the lo throttle map. Get the right O2 sensor in there first though.

Ok, got the new O2 sensor in there. After playing with the low throttle fuel trims all day, these are my new settings. Still very screwed up...
1k +6%
2k +11%
3k +11%
4k +12%
5k +11%
6k +11%
7k +10%
8k +11%

This almost zeros out my LTFT's and STFT's. Why do I have to add so much fuel with RC 550's in there!! Could the SAFC be hooked up backwards somehow?

Here's my High Throttle settings:
1k -18%
2k -20%
3k -20%
4k -20%
5k -20%
6k -20%
8k -20%

Funny cause this is the complete opposite. Here are 2 high throttle runs (2 different days) I made with these settings. (see the picture attached)

Can someone please help me figure out whats goin on, or if you have any suggestions at all?

Update...
After more driving, and more tuning here are my new low-throttle settings:
1k +6%
2k +7%
3k +6%
4k +6%
5k +5%
6k +6%
7k +5%
8k +6%

This is a little leaner than earlier, but I still think it is weird I have to add fuel to my STFT's with 550's.

I realized it runs better when I zero out my fuel trims with the above settings, as opposed to just having my original low throttle settings with my STFT's at like +17, and LTFT's at +12:

--Original low-throttle settings-- (these settings came from tuning with a wideband, while car was stuck in open loop mode because of a broken O2 sensor)

1k -3%
2k -7%
3k -14%
4k -17%
5k -18%
6k -18%
7k -18%

So now, even using 2 different oxygen sensors, I have to add fuel to my STFT's

Anyone else have to add fuel to thier STFT's with bigger than stock injectors?
