Today I replaced my front engine roll stopper mount (rubber was broken and falling apart). To get all the holes to line up correctly, I temporarily loosened the 17mm bolts that attach the roll stop mount support bracket to the transmission. Does anyone know the name of this part (or part #) and what the torque specs are for the bolts? I couldn't find this in the FSM or anywhere online. It is #10 in the diagram and a cell phone shot is attached. I torqued the top bolt to 41 ft-lbs and the lower one is loose. I'll probably need a ratchet wrench or crowfoot socket to access it.

i didnt see it in the FSM either but it should be the same as the rear mount bracket, 51ft/lbs.

part# for the bracket is MD742364
mitsubishi has the part name as:
bracket, T/M case roll stopper

If the mount is attached to the longitudinal crossmember there is an easier way. Take the crossmember down. Tighten the bracket. Put the crossmember back up and insert the bolt through the mount as the last step. No crows foot or special tools needed.

Part number is MD742364 "BRACKET, T/M CASE ROLL STOPPER" (PNC 21832). Torque for the 17mm Bolts is 47ft.lbs (FSM 11B-7).
