So my front o2 sensor isnt working and i cant figure out why. The 2 signal wires have continuity, the heater positive is getting power, and the ground seems fine. I have tried using 2 different sensors, one new, and one that was replaced in attempt to fix the issue, but no luck. DSMlink reads .04-.06v at all times. Any ideas?
Thanks!

the black wires can go either way. they mean nothing for just using it as reference voltage. the power and ground must be good though. cut both connectors off and wire the wires directly together. if signal is the same it may be the pin out in the ecu that is bad. i had the same issue , except my turbo sucked the 02 sensor clip into the turbo and causes one of the pins on the wires to come out of the plug. appeared fine, cut off plugs, wired directly and was fine. soldered, covered, and heat shrunk the wires. looks very clean and i have a perfect signal.

Alright, heres a log of 180+ degree idle. The idle bounces very badly as seen in the log. The Lc1 also reads much richer on dsmlink than it does on the gauge. (also why i need the front o2 as a reference to see which is wrong.) dsmlink says 9's or so when the gauge reads 13ish. Thanks in advance for your help gentlemen!

Shit, sorry. I opened the thread up from your post a few days ago with my phone and for obvious reasons couldn't look at the tune and never made it back.

Update your mods list, I'm not seeing anywhere you've got a GM MAF listed and that's what you're using to meter air in Link.

As far as your o2 sensor signal goes, there's absolutely 0v logging. I wouldn't suspect the sensor as they don't just DIE like that, typically they get stuck at a certain voltage. It this were my issue I'd check pin 75 going to the ECU wasn't cut, making sure you've got continuity between the connector at the front o2 sensor plug and the ECU connector. Also, if there's continuity, pull on the back of the ECU pin 75 and see if it's seated in the connector. Our cars are getting older and sometimes the pins can push when you plug in the connector, not making a connection at the ECU.

oops, sorry. I switched to SD this winter, but I wouldnt get the car to start after 2 months of playing around with it, so i went back to a MAF and the old partial tune. I checked continuity on both signal wires about a month ago, and they were good but i will do it again tonight, (which is why im so confused why its not getting signal) ill make sire to check the pins on the ECU and the harness plugs as well. Ill report back with my findings soon.

Back from the dead (kinda) So I still cant figure out this issue. I have tried everything I can think of. probed the signal wire, has good continuity. The sensor is getting power and the grounds seem fine. What is going on here?? The sensor is also new.
