Has anyone changed out front case and tighten the sprocket to bs and be hard to turn ?? Like it's rubbing on case. I have the spacer on the front is there one on the shaft side?? Can put same shaft on old case and spins nice.

There is no "spacer" for the rear shaft. OP is referring to the piece between the sprocket and the shaft pictured here for the front:

Did you check clearances for the gears in the case?
