Today my brother was driving my Eclipse and he hit a BMW at like 2-5MPH. We were skidding cause this car does not have any ABS and no air bags blew. The bumper is set back a little bit, my brother says its not alot, but it being my car, i see something, and it pisses me off. Is there a way to fix this? cheaply

there is a good chance that clips or something that braces it broke, your best bet would be to remove it and inspect it and then you will likely be able to see whats wrong and how to fix it, its not really the type of problem that can be solved with out visually inspecting it. If you post some pictures that someone may be able to help you but your best bet is probably gonna be to take it off and fix whats broke
