Cutoff wheel on a Dremel works pretty good for the bumper cover. It's small and easy to control. You're going to want something tougher for the bumper - maybe a cutoff wheel on an angle grinder.

Ok I have this drill bit that looks like a torture device... Its used to cut out shapes in sheetrock. :thumb:

It has a drill bit tip, but down the shaft. It has these cutting teeth, So you can drag the bit sideways. This Bit can be found at almost any hardware store for dirt cheap. and will make Very short work Trimming that cover. BECAREFUL! It likes to wander, so Take your Time and cut SLOW! I used a corded electric drill, and had 3 ppl hold the cover. since it likes to vibrate Badly when your cutting.

When I trimmed my cover thats what I used, along with a Carbide Porting bit. Then finnaly a Drum sander, 120grit to finish the egdes.
The edge comes out Perfect if you take youre time and Cut Small Amounts at a time!!!
