Front bell-housing/motor mount mod?

How's it going fellas? This is my first post. I have taken a lot of useful information from DSMtuners, and have not really contributed anything; my apologies.
As the story goes, I purchased this DSM from my buddy a few years ago. I knew absolutely nothing about a Mitsu. Needless to say I have done extensive research, and have yet to find a case similar to mine. I do trust my friend, because I have seen what he has built, but that's beside the point.
The problem, or not, is that the front bell-housing/block bolt hole, on the block side is sheared off.He fabricated the front motor mount to allow a longer bolt reach from it to the bell housing.

Wow! I am not alone on this situation. Thanks 19Eclipse90. I cannot believe that I haven't seen that post before. A great deal of reassurance and soon-to-be modification is in the near future.
