from 50trim to 14b Turbo

I have a 95 gst, i want to drive it in cali and want it to pass the smog tests here, so im going with a smaller turbo a 14b.

what my question is what can i get out of this turbo, im getting it used, that im getting from a friend.

another question is what can i get for my 50 trim turbo, theres no shaft play, and its not a name brand..

if you want to pass in cali you need a turbo that looks stock on a 2g. depending on who checks it they will probably notice that the 14b isnt stock. put on a t25 just for a week when you get it inspected or stick on a killer t28 and drive it. both are in stock t25 housings so they look completly stock

i passed smog here is cali with my small 16g. you just have to find a little hole in the wall shop that has idiots working there
