Are you turing the engine and head over by hand or w/ starter.?

Are you jsut turning cams over by hand? is the head on the block when doing this?

When just rolling over the cams w/ the head off the block, it will be harder than stock because there is more lift form the cam lobes AND you have stronger spring pressures from the spring upgrade.
