Man this sucks. After all these years and no one has an fp 17 psi acutator install on dsmtuners or taking one off, 
. I must be missing something because I feel like it's straight forward stuff but yet I can't find my solution to my own doing.
Will as you read this im in the process of removing my stock t25 actuator. How the heck do you get the arm off the flapper? I'm stumped!
And to google, all this time and no decent picture of a t25 turbo.

Forget it . I figure it out on my own again without taking off the turbo. Weird i use the magnetized screw driver to pry it out and this little metal piece washer like thingy magnetized to it and boom... my wastegate and rod came off,.... wow i feel somewhat dumb now.
