FMIC with out Exhaust Set up?

Hello

I just got FMIC from friend of mine and i dont have any exhaust set up.

would it be bad? or will I have any problems for having FMIC and no exhaust set up?
i know if i had both it will be better but im not into looking for exhaust just yet

i've searched and searched but i had no luck
