I went to put my QM flywheel yesterday and found out I got no dowel pin my bolts kit and it's not on the crank ... Took a look at the fidanza we removed 4 or 5 monts ago and no dowel ...

I've searched on talk and tuner but only found that some say you need one and some others say that 2g never came with one ...

Don't really want to go without one so anyone got a parts OEM # for me ?

I just called the dealer and he told me that he don't see any dowel for flywheel/crank in his computer ... ?

2g's didn't come with the dowel. Just make sure to tighten all the flywheel bolts by hand first to make sure it's on there centered.

100% positive. I have never taken a 7 bolt apart with one in it.

I know this thread is old but the information needs to be corrected.

I don't think it's a good idea to omit that dowel pin, regardless of whether or not the car came with it. If there are holes that allow for installation of a dowel pin then it needs to be used.
