dowel pin in transmission

new clutch kit and new tob but when i installed it there was alot of noise coming from the transmission like its not sitting correctly. so i found that the dowel pin was not in.... what is wrong with this?

well you need a new one for starters. Without those pins the clutch and the input shaft will not be lined up correctly. This will cause noise/premature wear.

ok heres a problem though. the side on the right you know the ear where the tranny bolts too well that is broke. so its now screwed into a mount but there is no dowel pin obviously.

do you have any pics of how the transmission looks when its mounted like for alignment issuses
