First, my "custom" exhaust's downpipe knocks on the T-case when I turn right:

What kind of damage can I be doing to the T-case?

What can I do or have done to the DP/Exhaust system to fix the problem?

Would that exhaust wrap work to both insulate the heat between the two + cushion the knocking?

Any info appreciated.

:)

My DP sat right on my oil pan. I didn't like it but there was no fix except to buy a new DP. You problaby could wrap it and see if it helps. Shouldn't cause any damage at all.
