hello everyone,

so ive done alot of maintenance to keep the car in top form. the last thing i did was get my injectors cleaned as well as replace my leaky 1g TB with a rebuilt 3kgt tb both 60mm.
the car had a ton of leaks and i fixed all of it, but now the car isnt running so great in my opinion under boost. my global was initially -62 but had to add global compensate for the lean conditions. id see afr as high as 12 under boost or 12.4, so basically im not sure im experiencing fuel issues or my fuel map is out of wack because of the fixed leaks or my map is going out. i dont want to keep adding global as a bandaid fix if theres a bigger issue.
im hoping someone can give me some insight if i just need a retune or something else.

thanks

I’m not on my pc so maf or sd? It sounds like you should leave global fuel alone and adjust either the maf sliders or the sd table
He's on speed density and his Specs page says E85, but not flex fuel.
I looked at 6 pulls in his log. The AFRs went like this:
11.6
11.6
11.8
11.8
12.4
11.8

That was at Boost of about 17 psi very consistent.
The 12.4 is a high AFR but that was a lower rpm pull, ~4,500 rpm. Still, even at that rpm the AFR should probably be lower.
The other pulls all went to higher rpms where the AFR came down to the mid or high 11's.
I didn't see knock retard really. 0.4 degrees only! Nothing in my opinion.

I suppose the OP wants AFRs in the low 11's rather than the high 11's. Maybe it's no big deal given that there is no knock.
My car, on ~E40 to ~E50 has WOT AFRs that get down to about 11.0 or in the low 11's anyway. That's at 26 to 27 psi of boost.
My car was also tuned by somebody else. Here's what Lucas English told me about AFR when he delivered my car back to me after they were done with it in 2016:
"Anything above 10psi we like 12.5 and below. The tune is set for 11.0 to 11.5 under power. We set the trims on the car to be pulling because it drives better."
I'm not a big expert on ECMlink either, so I wouldn't know the best advice for how to lower AFRs just a little if he wanted to do that, or if there is some other condition creeping in, a "bigger issue".

Looking to get it at 11.5 at least. Want to play it safe

Your TPS is stroking out at WOT. Check the physical plug on it.

If anything you're about half point rich which is not an issue for now.

Fix the TPS and do a WOT pull to at least 6k.
this is a log from earlier tonight, this was before i saw your response about the TPS issue. i added a notch of global, from what i see im running lean midrange and richen at higher RPM.. im aiming for a target AFR of around 11.5 throughout the power band under WOT.

yeah, midrange it leans out and at higher RPM it hits target which is around 11.5

I wanted to see if the fuel system was calibrated correctly before adjusting anything.
