first time pulling head

i am about to buy a 90 gst that has a bent valve, and me and a pretty mechanically inclined buddy are going to tackle it over the weekend...any tips? and also, where can i find a writeup on pulling the head or doing the valves? and yes, i did search, but to no avail. Thanks,

Your best bet is to take the head off and take it to a head shop and have them do the valve job. a valve job is not a DIY project. Do it right the first time and take it to a head shop and you will thank yourself later.
