it looks to me like it is running hella rich once it hits wot

i am sorry if this is the wrong format for posting these log things but i am a complete newb at logging

Your timing and 02's are all over the place because of the shifting. Log a 3rd gear pull from 3K-6.5/7K at WOT and then post the results, your state of tune will be much more apparent in that format.
Aloha

TURN your boost down before you blow thigns up.

Your timing is dropping considerably at about 5K rpm. What you want to see is around 10 degrees right after you go WOT and a nice smooth climb to 18-19 degrees or slightly higher on a smaller turbo.

If yout timiing flattens out you are seeing some timing being pulled. If your timing is dropping as your RPM climb then you are knocking and the ECU is pulling timing on you.

My suggestion would be to

1) Turn down the boost
2) Increase fuel at 4500 to 5500 RMP
3) Get a larger intercooler

Hope that helps but I certainly would not continue to drive it like that at WOT at those settings.

One more thing

DO NOT rely on your O2's to tune. 0.96 to 0.98 does not necessarily mean you are running rich. Even if you were running rich, the ECU is still pulling timing due to one of three things

1) Pre-ignition and/or knock
2) High coolant temps
3) High intake temps

Watch that timing curve and make sure it doesn't level out or start dropping.
