Well it has been 2 years since I have heard my own DSM run on its own power. Very excited tonight. The video is horrible, I will be getting a video camera shortly and the pics are not too bad. Enjoy.

And as always, all critics are invited good or bad. I love getting ideas or hearing things to try this or that. Thanks guys for alot of good info and support. And thanks to alot of good companies making kick a$$ parts.

I still have alot of loose ends to finish yet. I plan on driving it by the weekend.

my .02

Ceramic coat the Exhaust Manifold Silver to match the head.
Other than that. SEEEEEEEXY!

Dont wanna get off topic too much here.

I dont have one, nor do I have any experience with one, but the manual rack is just a manual rack. You turn it, not the power steering. Its lighter than the power steering version. Thats about all I know. Sorry I couldnt be more help. My power steering is just taken off.

A manual rack makes it easier to turn the wheels. Just pulling out your power steering makes turning the wheels a bi*** if your sitting still. Before they had power steering they had manual racks to make it easier.

Nice and super clean :thumb: I wish I had the patience to sit on one of these long enough to look like that I just get too excited when it runs. What are your plans for it? AutoX, Drag , DD?

WTF

I think you have that backwards: Before power steering, cars had manual racks and they made power steering to make it easier.

I want to do everything with it. I have never seen your car before. Are you on philly dsm?

I am only a few miles north of scranton area.

Sorry if it sounds confusing, but yes power steering is easier, but before power steering was invented, they used manual racks to help turn the wheels easier.

I wasn't saying that a manual rack is easier than power steering.

Thanks for the comments guys.

I didnt get a chance to clean it up yet and what not but will be doing that shortly.
I am up to a total of 120 miles and 3 oil changes. It feels very strong. According to link and of course it is just an estimate I am at 33 lbs/min of airflow so times that by 9.6 ish and you get 316.8 hp roughly. Thats only on 12 psi and a very conservative tune.

I don't really drive it very often due to lack of inspection(if you know someone ill make the trip) but I am looking for someone to take a trip down to numidia before the summer is out. Shoot me a pm if your interested.

Snapped a few pics today of the ride. Still have things to clean up and work, but I really dont give a damn about those things because I am ABLE TO DRIVE the car  :D

Yellow valve cover had to come off for the rest of the summer, issues with the -8lines and catch can. Will have a new yellow one shaved and redone back on for next summer.

Car feels awesome. Pulls like a bear. Shooting to get to the track within the next week or so. Well enough with that stuff, here are some pics.

3g fuel door is a nice touch and the Custom wing is nice!

Sick car man.........:thumb:

Did you shave the Eagle emblem out of the insert between the headlights or buy something that was done like that?
I also did this mod but i left the center support does it feel flimsy without it?

Well I have the grill modded but not pictured(included in this post) but it needs some more work before I will put it on my car. As for the center support do you mean the the bar that comes from the bottom to the hood latch? If so then I might have a pic of what I did but I made my own support and mounted it behind the front mount to get rid of the flimsiness.

The support I made is hard to see but it is directly underneath the hood latch. Its yellow in color. It is 1/8"x 1.5" wide flat stock. Put a slight bend in it towards the top and bolted it to were the stock bracket bolted. Works awesome.
